Monster Talk! is a blog meant to contain and chronicle the creations of Anthony Colque and Kat Firor, the duo behind MetalWaterStudio. MWS is a creature design and FX studio that specializes in special effects props and accessories. Anything from prosthetic appliances to full head and shoulder silicone masks, they can do it.

Now that we are wrapping up our Holiday seasons, we would like to showcase the progression of current projects for our fans and customers. Hopefully this will be a good way to keep you up to date with projects, shows and special events with MWS, as well as a place for sharing and discussion for the topic of  creature conception, design and overall love of this artform. We welcome comments, concerns, questions, and yes, even requests. We will do our best to make everyone happy, we get requests all the time.

We are very excited to start our studio, which has been almost a year in the making. Thanks to all of our fans, friends and family for your love and support.

We will be attending Midwest Haunters Convention at the Columbus Convention Center, downtown Columbus, Ohio June 4-5th, as vendors.  We will be posting teaser photos for possible merchandise.
